Agree with you, he also sold 50k some at 42 cent +- something. But if you divide the sellings (number of shares) by his totals holding - total shares personnaly held (personnal and with Netgar Capital) you get him to have sold 1.5-2% of his holding. Which is not a red flag nor nothing unusual, since he has bills to pay as everyone (and still have +- 5 millions shares) ;).
