P - R - O - F - I - T..... Nothing else matters at this point. Not the R/S, or anything else. If they can start making a profit, than the cash issue takes care of itself, and a R/S only magnifies a positive EPS. Until they get to profitability, this is hugely high risk (especially because of the limited cash they have on hand), and all the institutional investors know this. If the institutional investors execute their warrants, that would have the effect of bailing out the company for a period of time in order to allow them to get to profitability. I think anyone buying now is banking on making gross profit in Q2/Q3, and net profit in Q4. Boom or bust - there's really no middle ground on this one anymore.
