Owen Sound?

Owen Sound?I've been watching and waiting to get back in, but with this news I'm glad I didn't. Doesn't mean I wont, just can't get my head around this strategy. As I've said before, Scott has a tendency to overpromise on his dates and this is another confirmation in the sense that he must be having issues with the licence for Owen Sound facility. Why else would they buy such a small company that really means nothing compared to the plans they had for their own site?....the licence is why. But 18mil for basically a building and a licence with 20mil shares to add to the dilution makes me think twice, at this price anyway. Scotts always commenting how undervalued they are,  he had to know this would put another wall up. If it goes to .70, that's great but I'm afraid from there it will be constrained to its typical pattern of trading in a 5 cent channel until after legalization. Owen Sound licence is long overdue and it wouldn't surprise me if they abandon that plan... after all it's just a leased facility.  Thoughts?
