Kernaghan would be stupid to increase his stake in the company above 20% because he would essentially trigger a huge dilution against his position. Management is doing a great job managing through the downturn, so it is hard imagine that he would think he could do better, anyways. I would think that he recognizes a good value investment when he sees one!
