The funny story is always there !!

The funny story is always there !!Not long ago I have written to the Ontario Security Commission. Some days later I have received an answer to my letter but not for my question. To make it short here was my question...very simple.
After a short description of the situation about Versatile conduct (well know by all shareholders )
I simply asked them : If the law for a public company give to Versatile management the right to deprive their shareholders of all developments like what is the case since so much time ?

There now a section of their answer : "Versatile is a reporting issuer (public company ) in Ontario.
However, its principal regulator is the Britishhh Columbia Security Commission -bcsc.bc.ca/about_us//contact_us-, and because of this, they recommend me to address my question to them. I did it a month ago and to date nothing from them. Not a great surprise for me.
My experience tell me that all those organizations, which are supposed to be there to protect the public, are rather there to take care of all the banks, trading houses, in a word all the big financial institutions. This is why, I ask oneself again, why the OSC did not told me at the same time than their answer if YES or NO the conduct of Versatile management is legal or illegal ? I was only looking to know if, for a public company, this is correct or not ?. For them, this was not a big question. Sorry but I did not obtained any answer to this simple question. Unluckyly, to date as you can see, we may say more we want to understand, more we learn nothing. It's very deceptive.

In spite of all that, being an optimist, I still beleave that the Versatile management is working very hard to built a new company which will do some very, very big things in the future. Many observations and reasons make me beleave that. Don't forget the directors are owner of more than half the company. However as I said before, may be I am right, may be I am wrong, but this is what I think. I hope ferociously to be correct. GLTA.
