Thanks Felco... my critique is based on the fact that I and my family have a bunch of shares. We believed it when Pierre said no more dilution, when Pierre pumped our confidence with his "constant contact with the FDA", with his alleged lineup of suitors. I can now see that was all a complete line of used car fluff. As such I have voted against PL in every way possible, and against the proposals at the end... Compensation package?? How dare they. Disgusting. See "Dimethaid". Be a man Pierre (and management team) and step up and cancel your compensation until you fix YOUR Pg delay mess... If you have any conscience.
