I'd say a more realistic parsing - at the moment - would be the $1.44/$1.75 versions which leave out the organizations that are being paid by Prometic or have other likely agendas.
And about voting: I highly encourage every shareholder to vote AFTER actually reading the Information Circular and not just AGAINST everything/everyone like some moronic jackass.

I'd agree with 33 here regarding the voting... not everything got a negative vote withheld from me... I read all the proposals. SOME of the directors and the compensation package however I quickly voted against. I am disgusted that this BOD and PL think ANY compensation increase or even static with past years is justified. Overpregnant Pierre?? Overpregnant is Pierre's bank account and options account on our backs. Vote accordingly.
