RE:RE:RE:RE:CIBC Raises Diversified Royalty (DIV) Price Target to C$4.00

I am fine with DIV and have been around since .25c BEV days and then sold most at $1.90 before management went to jail. I am sick and tired of expert price forecasts when all it takes is another "expert" to publish nonsense, shoot the company down and the forecast becomes meaningless !
