Greenhemp, There's no relationship between Canntab (PILL) and the seven (7) SpinCo. These SpinCos benefits only the original shareholders (TFS shareholders prior to February 16th). Canntab was not interested in any assets that Telferscot owned at the time of negotiations. So all assets were distributed into these famous 7 Spin off companies. In other words, original Canntab Shareholders do not receive any Of these SpinCo shares. After all we gave them 4 of our shares for 1 of theirs!! Hope this answers your question.
