RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Feasibility StudyWith respect to LVN, they released a PEA which is only stage 1 of a long and expensive three stage process, so 1/12th is not uncommon at all. I also saw an IIR of 16.5% which will certainly damper excitement.
As a rough average for a mining project you can expect a stock to trade valuing a BFS (stage 3) at 30% of NPV. So, using Potash's figures above, a price of .44 could be a perfectly reasonable and expected level.
Now, it certainly can go higher and often does so i am not saying that Potash's scenerio can't happen and given the excitement around Cobalt FT could (and hopefully will) get valued at much higher than that 30% average.
