One post you are complaining that they want to join the board so they can take money out of the company.

Once I pointed out to that  that is non sense, you respond by saying the fact they are not taking any compensation is even more suspicious.

Grow up.  You can't have it both ways and now with the press release this morning that kwh  are going to agree to put some of jcp ideas into their information circular maybe they are not as dumb as you wish.
