Personally I believe these draws mean more now because of US production being over 10 million a day. Before in Jan we saw massive draws but the market kept speculating that US production would ramp up from 9.4 million to over 10 million, which is did. US production is now at 10.5 million ish give or take and we are still seeing draws. Thats were I think the sentiment is changing. JMO
