so why no website? why no JV... why no news....for this we have to do some linear thinking and speculate a bit, News/Website and JV will get announced when JV gets signed, I can think of a couple scenerios A) the deals are tricky due to its nature and theyre Ironing out every detail and dont feel they need to be rushed especially since behind the scenes theyre acting as one anyways..nothing being delayed. B) They can sign a deal anytime but holding back since the market was attrocious (good news travels faster in a good environment) , and also maybe theyre buying time for certain people to load up...
regardless since I am long anyways (at minimum 1 year) for me nothing happening bothers me,....if anything load up when you can, all these scenerios are positive long term...be rest to assured the work behind the scenes progressing at the same pace as if we had news/website/JV or not!!!!
