Some posters will lure you in, making you think they are trustworthy. And then they'll peddle their own agenda.

Ask yourself, why would a shareholder go onto a forum to bash a stock?
Why would a non shareholder go onto a forum to bash a stock?
Same logic holds for the "$3 by Friday" crowd.

The same posters who "knew" that a Form 9 meant acquisition - are you kidding?

Research the company. READ the news releases, not what people say about them.

People already trying to trick people to thinking this most recent Dilution is impacting the share price. It isn't, at all. Shares are in escrow. It may eventually impact share price, but the company is hoping that by then, revenues/acquisitions will support a higher share price.

The problem with the news release is that it didn't provide any concrete indication of future revenue growth, just potential.
They will need to produce some quantifiable updates before July Quarter results, otherwise we follow the market for a while.
