Ico has no revenue only 2 future products one in IMNP hands, 
so slow developper...and Ico 019 that will take 1 or 2 more year to hit the market...
junior pharma is very long road...and maybe a double or nothing bet...
but as you mention this is very discouraging...
I dont understand thouse selling at 3,5 or 3 is imposible that these people made money out of Ico
I still belive that is very undervalue.
