what do we do nowHopeful tha answer is to file a complaint with the BC SECURITIES COMMISSION...they keep the investigation confidential in that you they will not acknowledge to you they are investigating...but they will take your information and investigate the merits....As for you getting your losses back that depends on a case by case basis......which means when did you buy....why you held(what information did the company make public)...what infomation did they not post in a timely manner, did the show preferential treatment to investors....was their insider trading on infomation.....So many factors......So bottom line....if they mislead you, if they withheld the results and did not issue in a timely manner.....The point is the Securities Commission does not require you to come in for a interview....If you call them they will return their phone call.....they will discuss with you the reasons for your complaint....they will ask you for evidence or sources.....SO DO IT....THE MORE THAT DO IT THE MORE LIKELY A INVESTIGATION
