The actual greasing came from a 200-1 rollback and a 90% drop afterwards. Call your broker by phone. You should be able to trade them on a 'when issued' basis since the security is authourized for trading. 

That being said, if they valued the company @ 5 cents x 200 = $10/share of new company, why is this trading @ $1.00??
