59 - In addition to the published shareholders, 13% is held by a CIBC office group of high net worth individuals
37 - 20 million warrants coming due in May with 80% held by top four shareholders, one fund will not be putting in fresh capital and has been selling to generate cash in order to exercise their warrants [in Nov, 2016, Sprott held around 10M shares compared to 8M today]
14 - 2008 new discovery in rock outcropping located 1-mile from Yukon highway graded up to 4000 gpt
45 - The term "orogenic gold deposit" was coined by Dr. Richard Goldfarb
35 - Rex Brommecker developed the current 3 Aces model indicating a district scale deposit
15 - Construction of roads lead to discoveries of 30+ gold-bearing quartz veins.
20 - Permitting and building of bridge within four months was facilitated not through a lack of opposition but rather strong support of the local Kaska FN
51 - Pogo, a similar Yukon orogenic deposit has 5 million ounces with another 5 million remaining
41 - All the gold at 3 Aces to date has been free-miling gold (simple mineralogy)
57 - 350 square kilometers extending 35 kilometers which was previously mapped as one rock type up until one year ago.
32 - All gold has been found within the inter-bedded shales and conglomerates. 30,000 rock samples taken.
32 - 13.5 square kilometer Central Core Area where 300 drill holes and 26 km of roads have been completed.
25 - Year-round with road accessibility and reasonable snow fall
55 - Gold occurrences over a 1300 m elevation difference; most of the world's largest deposits are orogenic; 60% of the world's gold comes from orogenic deposits.
40 - Anticline model where the shale and conglomerate have broken apart from one another when arching to create a space for fluid [quartz] to deposit planar surfaces of mineralization [gold-containing]
32 - Lower section has greater gold mineralization because the more impermeable shale layer is on top creating a better trap. This geologic model persists throughout the entire length of the property.
29 - Budgeted for $8-8.5 million 2018 work program. Core drilling will initially be stepped out 100 to 500 m to a typical depth of 300 m.
58 - [2018 winter drilling] Assays are not back yet but the cores show similar mineralization to the other 300 drill cores confirming the model under a depth of 50 to 80 m of till all the way down to the river.
34 - Will break for the Spring thaw after which the first target will be helicopter access to Sprogge.
00 - Sprogge is a 4 km trend located 8 km southeast of the Central Core. Roads to be built pending initial drill results. Drilling program aimed to connect the two areas using wide-spaced holes, following up with tighter spaced drilling wherever high-grade gold is found.
45 - "Road Showing" on map has surface gold measuring up to 30 gpt. Drilling is planned in this area in 2018 as well.
22 - 2017 bulk sampling 776 tonnes produced nearly 1000 oz using mechanical separation and water achieving an 80% recovery. Adding a Falcon concentrator over the next few weeks is anticipated to recover 75% of the remaining gold bringing overall recovery to 93%. Easier permitting expected due to simple nature of recovery technologies required.
08 - Vat leach testing of fresh core may double or triple the IRR of Brewery Creek. Plan to commence testing this Summer with results out in the Fall. If successful, this will boost the recoverable resources to over a million ounces of gold. Cost half million dollars of the 2018 budget.
