Tried Calling LDS - Call Won't Go Through

I tried calling Phil at LDS just a few minutes ago at both listed numbers. My calls don't go through, as though their phone line is disconnected. Anybody else have similar experience?

I also emailed Phil asking for a resply several days ago. Never received one.
