After reading over the last news release did anyone even After reading over the last news release did anyone even notice the last few paragraphs? This easily could have easily been it’s News release in itself!   There is allot there that makes you go hmmmm?

The Corporation has received several unsolicited offers from arm's length third parties pertaining to the purchase of all of the issued and outstanding securities in the capital of FOX-TEK. As such, the Corporation has decided to suspend the proposed spin-off as that it may evaluate these offers. The Corporation continues to work with its financial and legal advisers to ascertain the best course of action for both the Corporation and its shareholders. The Corporation will continue to provide updates as they become available.
