I don’t understand your post phantom666.  Could you explain what you mean by “far stated they had assays”?  As far as I know they have some but waiting on the remainder.  And IIROC could mandate FAR to wait for all before releasing.  Why would they permit FAR to release some (assays already in) but then the remainder later (waiting on 1 batch of samples)?  Therefore, why would they be asking the “exchange” to delay? It’s stupid to release some results but then more later (selectively) because then what would stop them from releasing the very good results now, boost SP, then release mediocre/bad results later.  That is hypothetical by the way and it doesn’t make sense to me.

simply put, they will wait for all, perfom quality control, release NR.  I don’t like your post.
