Bye Bye Bill and not so RareEarthInteresting, RareEarth was only three feet from Bill at the AGM. Considering Bill was surrounded with two lawyers he brought to try and delay the AGM because he knew he was going to get voted off the Board. Of course those lawyers are being paid on the shareholders dime. The Board has finally come to their senses. They see where the company is and where it needs to go and the current leadership needs to change. In other words the leader is no longer qualified. Good to see people are starting to take their fiduciary duty seriously.
Bill can see the writing on the wall and knows his days are numbered so he is using shareholder money to try and stall things as long as possible. RareEarth, time to slip off Bill's shoulder and move over to the side that is going to move forward.
The biggest problem I see with RareEarth is he claims he spoke to Bill for 20 minutes after the meeting. Again interesting, because everyone else there said Bill was incoherent before, during and after the meeting. Which side do you pick. Bill and his sidekick not so RareEarth or everyone else!
Sounds like Ed is trying to make sure he is protecting his readers who own millions of shares. Time for the change. Long overdue for change. Vote change.
