The Company’s Sangihe Gold project mineral tenement consists of one block covering the southern half of Sangihe Island, located between the northern tip of Sulawesi Island (Indonesia) and the southern tip of Mindanao (Philippines). The Sangihe Project covers 42,000ha; this includes the Bawone, Binebase prospects on the eastern part of the island and Taware prospect in the south-central region with infrastructure in place. The Company has a 70% interest in the Sangihe project.

I disagree Baystock. The PP funding and subsequent warrant financing has a very high probability of funding the start up. Management has extensive experience in this regard.

Mining is a high risk/high reward investment. As a very successful (most times) investor in this sector I can say with complete candor this is the most de-risked gold project I have ever seen. Even shound funding be short a few dollars enough gold will be revealed to arrange a short term loan or a simple offtake agreement.
