RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:warrantsThere is no acceleration clause for the publicly traded warrants.  But if you’re doubting the info you get on stockhouse just fire a quick email to IR@phivida.com.

Try searching for the "Warrant Indenture" and there is none to be found.

Btw, the last time VIDA offered warrants, the exercise price was $.75 with an accelerator clause that allowed the Company to close out the warrants if the trading price per share exceeded $1.00 for a period of 20 consecutive trading days. This clause was initiated on Jan 17, 2018.
