Will be Interesting to see how votes show. Absolutely pathetic that Rumble got a base salary of $371231 in 2017 (up from $353,554 in 2016) and $530,830 option based award for 2017  Total compensation for 2017 $1,181,541 .    

Stock performance form $3.70 high to .91 cents...

No Fda approval, No Sales, botched up deal with another distributior Getinge (after 3M debacle), No update on Adl, on Prions, European sales or expansion. Complete failure on all accounts . 

Product supposedly to be revolutionary .  We have lost all timing and management faikled to execute.... why say all those bullish things at cc and annual meetings?  

This might be Rumbles and boards last annual meeting.
