RE:Nostalgia

RE:Nostalgia Souper, WOW, did you really post all those comments in Late 2016?? Seems now like you had a crystal ball then, but at the time I bet that is what gave you all the Ignores you have. Comments like that would not have gone over well here.

But I am wondering where you get the comment about Lawsuits and Management Shakeup happening soon? I can kind of understand the latter, but What would be the basis of any Lawsuits? By whom?

Lets hope your crystal ball no longer works, or is at least fogged up a bit.

peasoupfog wrote: Well, I had to come back and see how everything turned out for all the Posiholic Koolaid drinking Believers are doing with your “other wife”. Man, you guys really got married to a witch here. LOL.

Anyways, most of my fears and predictions (FUD, hahahaha) has come to pass - we are a penny stock again. Maybe, and just maybe, we are a good speculative Buy here...again, don’t gamble more than you can afford to lose!!!

Just went back to some of the Posts I made in late 2016 to early 2017. Some weekend reading while we wait for the Leafs comeback to start!

see you Spring 2019 for another comment. Btw, I suspect lawsuits and a management shakeup soon.

Welcome

To the Bioniche/Telesta Albatross. This BB is very similar to the old BNC/TST board years ago, when there were so many posiholics posting jiberish about future earnings and positive trials etc. Don't count your chickens. You guys are all the same, only 5 years later....Wouldn't surprise me to see this below $2 or below $1 for that matter. Don't slice your hands on that knife just yet. GLTA

RE:RE:Is $4.00 a pipe dream by Christmas

The same was said of BNC TST at 1.95 and 1.75 and 1.25 and .95 and .50 and .25 etc....don't let them take your shares....we will b much higher 6 months from now...etc etc. And don't say we were a one trick pony....that was only at the final stage. Prior to that were were 3 divisions of human health and animal health and food safety with multiple potential blockbuster drugs and 30 to 40 million in revenue annually. Again....don't count your chickens and play only with what you can afford to lose. Sound advice.

Posiholics capitulation?

Is it happening yet? You guys just won't listen. You get emotionally involved in a stock and think that just because you love it, everyone else should as well. Lol. As was pointed out just as the deal was announced, a quick look at PLI chart would tell anyone that it was due for a significant pullback. Nothing goes up in a straight line. Is this the end? Have we forever peaked? Who the heck knows? No one. In 5 years it could be 10x the market cap. Or it could be 10$+ with a 1 for 25 split. The point is, as much as you love it and think you know, you really have no clue. Only when a lot of the posiholics here turn tail and run, will this have a chance to recover. I don't think we have seen full blown capitulation today as the volume was not high enough. But we might have see a short term bottom with a trading bounce coming soon. Look for a 10-20 mil volume day to be sure it has changed direction. Remember the system is designed to allow the big guys to steal your money. Taking money from the masses and putting it in the greedy little paws of the few, is the way of wall street and bay street, and always will be. GLTA

Got Wire mesh gloves?

If not, watch out for that sharp blade. Don't think we are done yet, by a long shot. I now suspect there is a legitimate reason for the downdraft...likely we will know of it on the next NR. Others know now. You would think that some of you with your direct links to company personnel would have the scoop and that you would share. Ahhh...they haven't told you anything negative? All is well, is still the official line, and they have no idea what is going on with the trading....go figure. Management is in the dark like us huh? Not bloody likely.

RE:RE:RE:PLI should have done a special financing to buy TST cash

Forget the TST retailer. He isn't selling PLI here. HE CAN'T. The PLI shares will not show up in the accounts for another week so are not available to sell. And 99% of them dont short. This is not retail driven. It is institutional. They are either selling as they know it is the correct move, or because there is a need to drive the retailer out and take over the share ownership for the big run up. It is one or the other. Place your bets. Us peons will be the last to know which it is and can only guess.

PLI - A jack of all trades, and a master of none. That is what it seems like to the layman like myself, maybe not the scientific community. I think they need to concentrate on one drug/indication, and get things going there with the FDA and Health Canada and the European Authorities, and let the rest slide for now. You people who were not involved with BNC/TST have no idea how similar this is to that situation in 2008 - absolutely no idea at all. And don't say it was a one trick pony, as then it wasn't. They too had too many irons in the fire, and eventually lost every one of them, selling off each one to keep the other afloat, until they became a one trick pony. If PLI doesn't soon get their act together, they will follow the same path to destruction.

What if....

I Told everyone at $3 to consider the 'what ifs" on the negative side. That all was not as rosy as the posiholics were touting them to be and that <1billion would be a more appropriate mc price for this stock. got lots of ignores over that one. i now kind of suspect that a lot of the people on here that are calling themselves longs are actually part of a long term team that has been promoting this thing as much as they can, while their handlers have gotten out of their long positions and then shorted pli at as high a price as possible. once this goes to its bottom, whatever that is and i suspect it is less than $1, they will disappear from this board as their handlers have covered their shorts. seeking alpha maybe correct in a lot of what they say. i am not short. i am not part of any short attack. i am extremely long here and am suffering like a lot of you. but all is not as it seems either with pli nor with the characters on this bb that are touting the positives of pli. they are likely the long retailers worst enemies and have been for a while. they have cost the small guy an absolute fortune, while the big guys have made a killing selling their long positions to the retailers at $3+ and then shorting this into oblivion.

Re:back up the truck at $1.50

Unfortunately I agree. TST was 7 and went to 14 on the PLI buyout. 1.50 pli will put TST shareholders back to 7 cents. Seems fitting. This sucks. Partner with someone now with something.... Anything. Get 100 million upfront for one of your drugs even if you give up Control and the majority of future earnings. Forget your egos and do what is right for shareholders

RE:RE:RE:RE:CC

I don't see how you posiholics keep using the word "when" instead of "if"! When they get the BLA next year, when this or that is approved by the FDA, etc. Take off the rose coloured glasses and start using "if", and you will have more credibility. So far I see nothing but a highly inflated OS of about 700,000,000 shares, about a $1,750,000,000 market cap, minuscule revenue, large losses, and the company is still flying on a wing and a prayer, with nothing approved and is at the whim of the FDA, which can and will slaughter high expections without batting an eye. GLTA - we are going to need it. If I didn't get 100,000 shares from the TST fiasco, I would never buy a share! But, that said, I will hang on for another while looking for an exit point to get my losses covered. In all likelihood, that decision will just add to my losses, (already 15% since the buyout last week) but I am hoping and praying you guys are right.

I know this - I don't like the share structure, nor the chart, nor the posiholics pumping this stock and getting defensive whenever someone posts anything that does not promote that pump scenario. Those three things make me very wary. I told you this when it was $3.10 and I will say it again at $2.50....this has as much of a chance to go back to pennies as it does to go to $10 in the next couple years. Don't gamble more than you can afford to lose. I hope you do well, but don't count your chickens and don't believe all you read here. I'm done, and I fear this stock is as well...done like toast. I hope my fears are unfounded. GLTA

Upcoming Approval?

If the Plasminogen Approval doesn't come, this is once again a penny stock, at least temporarily. Until the decision is announced, it is still an if, and not a when. Not roulette odds maybe, but not a slam dunk either. Either $5 or 80 cents by fall 2017.
