Where in the website did you find 2-3 weeks turnaround time?

All I found is "we also provide fast turnaround time", "Samples submitted in an unorganized fashion will be subject to a sorting surcharge and may substantially slow turnaround time.  Providing an accurate detailed sample list by e-mail will also aid in improving turnaround time and for Quality Control purposes."
