Fwiw.......
Fwiw.......Alxdf closed at usd .0585 = cdn .0750 (boc 1.2833 close)
Alxdf down 10% on 2X average daily volume, but lower than friday's volume. Sp closed around the 200dma. Azx unchanged. Very low volume, about an 1/8th of friday's. No one was selling. Only 2 trades after 10:17 am. Both 07td cross trades of 4K total.
Gold down again, but I think 1320 holds on a closing basis. Gap-down opens in the gold indices. Dow had third consectutive day of lower highs, lower lows. Greenback broke thru a resistant level, up 5th day in a row. 10-year treasury yield now up to 2.9752%. I'm thinking tho the yield (and usd by default) might start to retreat as soon as tomorrow. If I'm correct, then we'll get a good reversal in the gold instruments.
Bottom-line:
So what happens tomorrow? Alxdf could possibly have an intra-day fake-out low in the am. But I think the 200dma will provide strong support on a closing basis. So don't get faked-out. I'm thinking volume dries up. Imo, odds favour sp closing up.
The chart technicals on azx remain super contrarian bullish. Plus we're wise to the devious tricks of the mm idiots, especially 07td. Sp looks likely to continue trading within today's half-cent range. I think we'll see a volume reversal day (i.e. uptick in volume).
Imo, if ever there was a "perfect" manipulated set-up for a trajectory upside move, this would be it. The techs are essentially rock bottom (especially in azx), we still have aprrox 2.3M gold oz (m+i+equiv) in the ground and both charts show oodles of upside potential. Oh, and we're still waiting for that ever-elusive RE. Plus potential buy-out news, among other things. Yup, tomorrow (or wed and/or thurs) would seem to be an opportune time for some positive news to be released.
So we'll see what happens. Stand your ground in the markets and in life, folks. Jmvho.
