RE:RE:75 cent warrants killing the SP 5,739,740 of those warrants were exercised in January during the run up to $1.50. Another 190k were exercised in March, when LDS got into the 80s briefly.  More will have been exercised in April. 

His estimate of 11 million is close-ish if you're talking about the warrants that expire at the end of May, which we were. 

There are 5.5 million more from the placement associated with the raid on their facility, but those don't expire at the end of May so they shouldn't hang over the share price in the same way.
