Similar to what happened with booze, back when, bootleggers had alcohol, but no one knew if it was safe, some went blind, some died, just saying.... Same with illegal mj, no health or quality control, pesticide or herbicide use, etc...Legal will be thoroughly controlled and safe and measured dosage, etc...
