The Sale of Shares - Need Capital for expansion

The Sale of Shares - Need Capital for expansionFinancial Statements - April 2, 2018

Section 19 Financial Instruments - ii) Liquidity Risk

THC lays it out pretty clear that the projected cash requirements will not be met with the current cash balance and additional equity and debt financing will be required.

Before the bashers step in.

You need money to grow and especially if it's a race to get infrastructure in place for legalization. Current revenue streams do not support the infrascture expense to prepare for late-Summer/Fall.

They need money for expansion and they have turned to the inside to sell shares to raise the required capital. Remember somebody is buying 4.6M shares.

They put a plan together to support their growing operation and negativity shows up. I would be negative if there was no plan to expand and somehow they were claiming to be able to support their claims post legalization.

I could only imagine the negative comments if another PP was offered at a discount. "Share dilution", "Oh look they are giving away the farm", "Oh look management just said it's worth 'x'"
