I agree, Analysts' target prices don't mean anything!   Just because they give a target price does not mean it WILL be that price.  I can give this ANY target price I want, even if it's within reason, does that mean it will happen? Nope.     I've said this many times before, I've yet to see any "target price" actually happen.    I'm sure it happens once in a while, but more often than not the target price is never reached.
