This is good news

This is good newsPurchasing a California company that produces product.  Minimizes the need for ICI having to find producers to market its product.
This will open a lot of doors.
A California story will always be bigger than a story covering all of Canada.  This is good news of ICI.
The people involved are impressive.  Their product is high quality and they already distrbute and sell in California.  Just did a Google search.  Product is in many dispensaries.
I think patience has the potentail to pay off.
Don't want to hype this.  I just think we got a good investment here.
