I love your last quote: "a well priced buyout". That could mean different things to different people. According to their last reserve report, I have a fair value at $1.11.[ based on a 10% NPV].

Hopefully any buyout will be close to this price. Would you like to comment on your "well priced buyout" quote? Above or below $1.00?
