Convertible loan

Convertible loanI received an information in november or december 2017 from a person who don’t have ELT’s shares.

This person mentioned to me that the convertible loan of $500 000 in our financial statements is own by a chinese person and we don’t have to worry about this loan cause this person is very patient. 

It is Mr. Chen?
