Still happy with Chris NuttWake up. The guy has collect $1M from the transaction + he has curiously elected to increase the compensation to $1.4M (for him and another employee but mostly for him) 3 weeks before the reverse takeover deal was announced. Good timning ;) The same guy that was paid big bucks for 3 years to manage an empty shell. Frankly, in that situation, how can he justify the substantial raise. Shame on him.
In addition, was he supposed to work on the GM settlement? How can you work for 3 years on the lawsuit and you were not awared about the HST? He spent million on lawyers for advice.
He has not demonstrated anything to create value for shareholders.
It's been more than 6-7 weeks after the settlement and we haven't heard anything on the amount that we should receive. What kind of company is this? Smells bad!
Finally, our December value of $2.40 + GM settlement is now worth $1.88 (of which 0.30 will only be accessible in 1-2 years) + GM settlement. Excluding GM, we have lost more than 20% our value since the reverse takeover.
