I am pretty certain that CPG is working on something right now that will be announced before the AGM and its quarterly results to try to sway investors its way.

ISS was a major loss for CPG. It is the biggest of the two advisory groups and Glass Lewis did not sound credible since they did not even talk to Cation. So they have to do something to turn investors their way.

Management said that they were working on asset dispositions and that is one thing that could be announced. A take-over is a possibility but, more remote IMO.

I hope that it won't be some dumb move to raise cash or to simply show that they are doing something to reduce debt. Metrics need to be good if not, it would just be one more example of why we need to get rid of them, and fast, as they are eroding even more shareholder value to entrench themselves.

Agree completely. They will pull a rabbit out of the hat before the AGM. That is certain.

Anyways, I voted the Blue proxy today. Saxberg needs to be taught a lesson.

Look what happened with Surge Energy. The execs got millions of options that were about to expire, so they dumped the company at way under market value just so they could cash in.

If execs forget that they work for shareholders, they will do things like this.
