Dead money

Dead moneyThe only way that shareholders will get some of their money back from this dog barf company is for IBR to sell the north land to Kelt, and the rest to Velvet. IBR's land is too scattered and fragmented to ever be efficient. All that will happen is the profits will go to pay management salaries and the assets will be bled dry.

Anything less than selling the company is only continuing to screw shareholders, IMO.
