Well we can agree to disagree on this one. They've been operating for over 20 years. Never has "rainfall" cause such production delays. I think they are having issues with operations. 

I guess we will have to wait until next quarter to see whether it is systematic.

Clearly the market does not like what is going on.

I did pick up 10K shares this AM @ 1.17 for short term purposes. 

The area that they are mining now is "up hill" and therefore the rain is more of a problem at least until they figure out how best to operate in that terrain.  Also, changing weather patterns bring more rain and it remains to be seen as to whether production rates will be more volatile in the future as a result of this.
