RE:Analysis of the recent transactionAn excellent analysis. Growth doesn't come cheap and this deal would only be cheap if SKY was ailing, which is the exact contrary to what is happening based on latest stunning growth figures.

If there is something Rafi has proven he does well, its manage a competent team to success, and I have no doubt he will do the same here. Nobody can argue with Baazov's deal-making capacity. With Rafi, he's just proven his ability in that domain PLUS the performance of Stars across the board has shown that he knows how to manage a multi-jurisdiction giant. If you look at the performance of Poker in the past year, it is now back to growing and this in the face of serious competition (which I think is a big motivator for the Stars team).

"Cheap is often the most expensive" is what comes to mind. If you want something of value, you have to pay its value. Kudos to the SKY management team for having given their investors such a high return. Let's hope they help do the same here...
