RE:Molori Energy Doubles Down on Red Cave Oil Play

RE:Molori Energy Doubles Down on Red Cave Oil PlayWould anyone care to hazard a guess as to what this actually means ?

As I read it, Molori has given back to Ponderosa it's original work over wells in return for being allowed full overseership of the Red Cave leases. Whilst they now have full "operatership" of the Red Cave leases , they will still have only 75% of the revenue produced by the Red Cave leases with Ponderosa still retaining 25%. In other words the revenue split remains the same.

If so, I'm not sure how beneficial financially this trade is.

Does anyone have a different interpretation of this announcement as it does seem a bit vague and I'm trying to see where the benefits lie ?

Thanx
