RE:RE:RE:My wife spoke to Dave I had gotten the same response as you.  I've been doing some research on blackouts and there is something similar called "Period of Silence". I'm wondering if he misunderstood and told us it was a blackout.  Because as far as I could tell he wouldn't be able to say that without a news release.
