The CLEVR Process operates in a fully closed loop.

Hey Rhump, I/We have stated that the minimum buy out should be $2.50, so anything north of that number would be a great start. N your numbers are fine except there are 50 million multiple voting shears the Goodman's hold as well that I believe need to be included in this equation, so the share price I calculate would be $3.00!!!
