Present management got this company out of a hole after the Polar Vortex. JE has not recovered till date. Mangement increased distr multiple times. Number of customers have almost doubled. There was an administration change in USA and Solar got out of favor. I won't ditch the present mangement at this time. In my opinion, unit price will tank if JCP is able to get their nominee(s) seat(s). Market will not like uncertainty. I am sticking with present management, come hell or high water. Mangement is entited totheir share of bungling. Who does not?. Financial institutions who bought at $8.43 and $9.80 seem to have bungled too; think of their clients. We as individual investors can atleast react on daily basis.
