RE:RE:Patience Pays Boys . KIelvin/Faraday are toothpaste shaped deposits that don't play nicely with open pit designs.
They can't start with a low stripping ratio and work its way higher..they have to pretty much design a pit to the bottom of the toothpaste deposit and live with the basically fixed strip ratio for the entirety of the deposits.
If Margaret Lake can find something close to the value of Kelvin/Faraday diamonds...maybe even 20 to 30% less...but if they can find somethign that can be mroe traditionally mined with an open pit and a low strip ratio at teh beginning..it will give them a leapfrog opportunity over kelvin/faraday to feed into gahcho Kue.
Yes, it is about the diamonds and kimberlite materials, etc....but watch very close at the geometries of the targets and drill hits. That information will be very important.
