New catalyst coming?I predict we get a decision by SCOTUS on gambling Monday, April 30 or Tuesday, May 01. They sure have had enough time to make their decision. If we don’t get a decision next week I will start to feel more nervous that they are having trouble reaching a consensus. 93 days is the average amount of days taken to make a decision. They heard this case on December 4th. A lot of casinos and online companies have made plans and are ready to roll them out so time does matter. If we don’t here next week, next most likely dates are May 14, 21 or 29. My fingers are crossed for good news next week!
