I viewed footage taken by a news chopper. An insulated tank is the primary fire, but another fire is close to the Cat Cracker, perhaps from oil emanating from the tank on fire . Too much smoke to see if the cracker is affected. A tank like the one on fire would contain either asphalt, vacuum bottoms or high pour point feedstock. If the cracker was undergoing maintenance it may have been purged of oil and under a nitrogen blanket. There is going to be damage to electrical and pipelines, but from what I can see no refinery units are on fire...which is good.
