RE:Re: Game changerwe have the favourable tax adjustment by the BC government, the new hydro rate long term offer in place. We now await a favourable decision by the federal government on the tarrif adjustment for the large modules and some other infrastructure

Now if I were a negotiator for the federal government trying to get the Kinder Morgan deal past the BC Government, I wonder if this "favorable decision on tarrif's" would be a bargaining chip along with maybe some additional support for spill response on the coast to "get the deal done" 

Just wondering of course......

Now what to do to bring BC's spoiler from the Green party Mr. Weaver on board? 

That is the real problem.
