Remote community deal in Canada

Does anyone know if the remote community are getting financial help from GOC ?
If so it could explain why it might take more time to get the deals done. In a lot of similare cases (for school board for exemple) a project is going to be green light for the town or the community and for DDC but until the GOC give financial help then the project is on hold.
And IMO the big compagny deal will have to wait for USA certification, they are such a big market if you are going to buy DDC's drone you want to know that it will be allowed to operate in the states.
Anyways things gonna get heated in the second half of 2018 until then sit back and relaxe.
