RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Incident at the new refineryRefinery fires happen, it's premature to say negligence played any part. They may have been taking the refinery down for maintenance....this is a time when fires can happen(and during start-up). Have to wait and see what the investigation turns up. There was much visable flame but a lot of heavy black smoke, so most likely heavy oil/asphalt, not light hydrocarbons. I am thinking the fire looked worse than it actually was in terms of damage to process units.
